Select a kitchen station

The kitchen display shows order lines sent from POS at the correct workstation. When products are routed to stations, Bar sees its drinks and Kitchen sees its dishes.

All stations is selected by default and shows the complete queue together. If you choose one station, that choice is remembered on the same device for the next visit. If there are no stations, an owner or manager adds them in the POS floor plan editor.

New, in progress and ready for collection

New lines appear automatically in the New column. Each card shows the table, waiting time, quantity, product, course and any Request. The highlight changes as the waiting time increases.

Select Start preparation when work begins. The card moves to In progress immediately while it saves in the background. When the dish is ready to go to the dining room, select Ready for collection. The line moves immediately and remains there until a waiter marks it as served from the table order.

On a phone, all three columns remain side by side. Swipe horizontally; snap scrolling aligns the next column into a complete workspace.
